I'm going to be honest; there is a passion growing inside of me that has been aching to get out. This passion is centered on the ideas of "Worship Ministry". I am extremely excited about this area, and I am wondering if you are too?

I want to start a conversation about this. What is Worship Ministry? What does it look like? How do we lead others in this area? What does a good "Worship Leader" look like? Are we missing anything?
